Summer Connections

Checking In With Phone Calls

Each lower camp camper will have 3 calls home during the summer.

Their calls will take place at
approximately 6:30—7:30pm.

If there are any delays, we will try our best to inform you beforehand.

Counselors and Group Leaders are always on hand during calls to assist our campers.

From experience, we believe that brief, upbeat phone calls are best. Please reach out after calls if there are any issues, and we will work as a team to resolve them.

If there is a conflict with your camper’s designated call night, please contact our Main Office, so we can make alternate arrangements.

Keeping in Touch with Photos & Email

Bunk1 is our vendor that allows families to e-mail their campers as well as view pictures that our photographer takes and uploads daily.

Snail Mail

In addition to Bunk1 e-mails, families can also send mail to their campers throughout the summer. Only flat regular mail envelopes are allowed.

We have a no package policy, except for emergencies.

These include medical supplies, replacement clothes, eyeglasses, footwear or sports gear. Emergency packages must be pre-approved by the Main Office and will be given a unique number identifier that must be included on the package. The packages will then be opened and inspected prior to campers receiving them. Please contact the office with any questions.

Please send all mail to the following mailing address (prior to bunk assignments being released, bunk numbers are not needed):
