Camp Wah-Nee is not a uniform camp, but campers are encouraged to bring plenty of red and white clothing, as well as spirit wear, to show their enthusiasm during tournaments and special events.

At Camp Wah-Nee, laundry is sent out once a week and returned the next day through a reliable local service. This ensures that campers have fresh clothes regularly. Laundry services are included in tuition rates.

Starting in 2025, Camp Wah-Nee will introduce Camper Choice Enrichment, allowing campers to select from all of our programs offered right at camp. This exciting new initiative will allow campers to select four enrichment programs per week. This gives campers the opportunity to explore their interests, develop new skills, and make the most of their summer experience. We can’t wait to see the enthusiasm and creativity this program will inspire!

Camp Wah-Nee maintains a strict technology policy to ensure a truly immersive camp experience. Campers are not allowed to have any devices that connect to the internet, allowing them to fully engage in activities, build friendships, and enjoy the natural surroundings without digital distractions.

At Camp Wah-Nee, we encourage full participation in all activities, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship among campers. Each age group competes in leagues, ensuring everyone has a chance to play and improve their skills. For those seeking more competitive opportunities, tryouts are held for tournament teams, allowing campers to challenge themselves at a higher level while representing Wah-Nee with pride.

Camp Wah-Nee is proud to have a diverse team of counselors from all over the world, including United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, South America, Mexico and more. Many staff members grew up at Wah-Nee as campers, bringing a deep understanding of camp traditions and spirit. All counselors go through an extensive eight-day orientation before camp begins to ensure they are fully prepared. International staff apply through established camp placement programs and are then personally interviewed by the Wah-Nee team to ensure they are the right fit for our camp community.

For any concerns, please call the camp office, where a message will be relayed to the leadership of each campus. For non-urgent matters, you can expect a response within 24 hours, ensuring that all questions or issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Our team makes every effort to be available to our camper families throughout the summer.
